Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $140 (before taxes) or calculated shipping rates with Canada Post/ Purolator/ UPS.

LOCAL DELIVERY (BC)
Local Delivery is free on orders over $120 (before taxes).

Orders under $120 are eligible for delivery with a $15 delivery fee. 

The delivery frequency are noted per City. We do not have a timeframe until the night before/the morning of. Please make sure to check your emails for updated delivery info. 

Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley): 
Deliveries are done twice a week: North Vancouver/West Vancouver/ Vancouver/ Burnaby

Deliveries are done 4 times a month for: Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam/Port Moody/Langley/Maple Ridge/Surrey

Deliveries are done twice per month for: South Surrey/White Rock/Delta/Richmond/Chilliwack/Abbotsford

Delivery note: If a buzzer is required to contact buyer, and no buzzer number is provided - delivery will not be attempted. You must provide us with the necessary information to deliver your order. If you are not available to accept the delivery, or we are unable to deliver due to missing information, your delivery will automatically be converted to a pickup order. If a delivery fee was paid, this will not be refunded as we had previously attempted delivery.

PICKUP (BC)
We offer free, no minimum pickup (yes, even for one candle). You can pickup in North Vancouver, BC (Monday-Friday after 6pm, Sat/Sun by scheduling a pick up time). Please include your contact details with your order so we can reach out to you when your order is ready.
