WHOLESALE FAQ
What is your order minimum?
The minimum wholesale order requirement (initial and recurring) is 24 candles, with a minimum 6 candles per scent choice.
What is your production time?
Please allow for a preparation period of 14 days for your wholesale order. In the event that you would like a white label/custom label wholesale order, we will require 30 days to fulfill this request.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due immediately. Orders are not made, prepared, shipped, or delivered until your order is paid in full.
What is the difference between Wholesale and Custom?
Wholesale orders come with our signature cotton wick and your choice to indulge in any scent from our Signature Collection. Custom orders allow for a more personalized touch, allowing you to explore more scent options, choosing between a cotton or wood wick, a custom label, and other candle vessel selections. This option is perfect for weddings, events, corporate gifts, or white-label orders.
Do you offer samples?
We offer sample scents. These are in mini cosmetic containers. They are not candles, they are purely for smelling. Please email ninthlinecollection@gmail.com with your shop name and mailing address for a complimentary sample kit.
