NINTH LINE COLLECTION
01. Where are Ninth Line Candles made?
Ninth Line Candles are hand poured in small batches in beautiful British Columbia.
02. What are Ninth Line Candles made out of?
We use simple ingredients. 100% soy wax, and perfume grade fragrance oils free from parabens and phlates. Our coloured wax melts are made with naturally dyed mica powder. Our wicks are 100% cotton.
03. How fragrant are Ninth Line Candles?
The industry standard is 6-7% fragrance, we use the max fragrance load as per the soy's wax capacity.
04. How long do Ninth Line Candles burn?
Total Burn Time is approximately 45-50 hours for our 8OZ candle, 50-60 hours for our 12OZ, and 75-80 hours for our 16OZ candle.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
01. Do you offer returns?
We don't offer returns, but if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us right away at ninthlinecollection@gmail.com and we will make it right!
02. Where is my order shipping from?
We ship from North Vancouver, British Columbia.
03. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We only ship internationally with FedEx International so we can both track your candle/s all the way from our door, to yours!
04. Am I responsible for duties or other fees?
Yes. Please be mindful of any duties or customs fees if you are an international customer, as these will not be covered by or compensated by Ninth Line Candles.
05. What happens if my order gets lost?
Well, hopefully it doesn't! But if it does, we contact the shipping company to initiate the insurance process, and you get sent a new package right away.
06. Who do you ship with?
That depends on where the order is going! Orders in Canada are shipped with Canada Post /Purolator / UPS, and international orders are shipped only with FedEx International.
07. How often do you ship?
1x a week.
08. I hear you offer free delivery?!
To qualify for free delivery your order must be over $120CAD before taxes and discounts. If your order is under $120CAD, there is a $15CAD delivery fee, or you can pick up your order in North Vancouver, BC with no minimum.
Free local delivery is also available above $120CAD.
Free shipping via Canada Post/ Purolator/ UPS is also available above $150CAD.
